How To Order Your Wildflower Memorial
Thank you for choosing us to help you create your wildflower memorial. If you have any problems or questions when placing your order, please contact us for assistance.
1. Place Your Order
- Select Shop from the menu at the top of the page
- Click on your chosen wildflower memorial seed balls and place your order
- Choose your preferred delivery or collection/drop-off options
2. Send Us Your Loved One's Ashes
- We will send you a postal pack and instructions for use. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for service. See here for more details
- We know our customers are sometimes concerned about the quantity of ashes required. We ask for just 50g of your loved one's ashes
- If you have asked us to collect your loved one’s ashes from you, we will aim to be in contact with you, within 24 hours of your order
3. We Create Your Bespoke Seed Balls
- We will carefully and respectfully create your bespoke memorial seed balls. We aim to do this within 7 days of receiving your loved one’s ashes
- We send your seed balls back to you via a Royal Mail tracked & signed-for delivery service. If you have requested us to personally deliver your seed balls to you, we will be in touch to arrange this
4. Watch Your Personal Wildflower Memorial Grow
- Share your seed balls with other loved ones, scatter in your chosen location and watch your wildflower memorial grow
- For best results, we recommend scattering your seed balls during the Spring, after the hard frosts have finished. You can find out when to expect the last frost in your area here
Please note, the success of the wildflowers is dependent on conditions, and successful growth therefore cannot be guaranteed. Remember – small objects (including seed balls) can represent a choking hazard, especially to babies & young children!
